This session will walk volunteers and professionals through what to expect, how to prepare, and how to help coach the ideas sparked at Ignite into meaningful projects back home. You’ll leave with resources and a clear understanding of how delegations can engage with Lead to Change both at Ignite and throughout the year.

Code of Conduct Forms Due
Lead Chaperone Roommate Finalization
Lead Chaperones must pair all teens with roommates and identify teens that need a roommate from another delegation. After Friday, December 4, National 4-H Council will assign based on the information provided for each ticketholder. No roommate changes will be made after this date unless a guest is no longer able to attend and the replacement is a different gender and/or over/under 18 years of age.
Chaperone Volunteer Interest & Availability Due
Adult ticketholders have the choice to opt in to volunteer onsite at Ignite. If interested, availability must be provided by this date.

Proxy registration allows a parent/guardian or chaperone to register a teen for workshops on the teen’s behalf. This functionality will not be available to proxies until January 13 at 3 p.m., regardless of whether the teen qualifies for an earlier registration period.

This form will include your group’s arrival and departure times, Program Showcase sign-up, opt-in for optional meals, etc. It will open Friday, December 4, 2026 and must be completed by Friday, January 22, 2027.
Edit Access Closes to Ignite Portal

We encourage you to be prepared to apply on Wednesday, January 27 as these experiences will fill quickly. We will fill them on a first-come, first-served basis. Delegations that do not register will be responsible for their own plans and lunch for their delegation at Ignite on Friday, March 19.
